  I called and ordered a pizza tonight. The guy answered the phone, told me to hold and then another guy answered. I placed my order, was told there was a coupon for my order, the guy gave me my price and a pick up time (20 minutes). My husband went to pick up our order 20 minutes later and was turned away saying we didn't order anything. He came home, frustrated, as he should be! I called back up to this jets location and was told that I had spoke to one of the delivery drivers and the driver said my call was dropped. 1- the man verified my order, pickup time and price. 2- when I called after my husband was turned away the guy I spoke with VERIFIED I had called in but they didn't see an order. 3- We wouldn't just drive up to Jets for the freaking joy of it after a busy day of work! Extremely disappointed... We will not be returning.

  Ordered from here last week. Food was good compared to most locations, however they wouldn't take our coupon. The irony was we ask explicitly before ordering if they would take it and they said yes. It was a different story once in the store to pick up the order.

  This is some of the best Detroit style deep dish pizza I have had. I'm not usually keen on BBQ chicken pizza but Jet's does this one, among others, right.
  
  The crust has a nice buttery taste to it. Make sure to make to add Turbo flavoring to the crust. It is a mixture of butter, romano cheese and garlic. The pizza is good without it, but it great with it.
